As it is easy flying distance from there to Lady and Sir Greenbriar's estate, it could be part of the same group. I love hearing owls in the night. I don't associate them with death at all. Well, I didn't. Thanks.

Sir "three licks to the center of a Tootsie Roll pop" of TaylorSir James of Taylorhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00676002938705044077noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4489310405541465454.post-8144128715765161182009-05-13T17:36:00.000-07:002009-05-13T17:36:00.000-07:00Excellent Knight's Night! Good omens, but also associated with the souls of the dead.

I have had two very interesting events with owls on my Retreats to the Whitehouse Jesuit Center.

First, the Owl who flew onto the top of a Crucifix while I was contemplating underneath it. Happened after my open heart surgery. I took it as a sign of conquering death and a resurrected life!

Second, a White Owl flew pass my head and disappeared into the woods while I was sitting outside enjoying the quiet starlit night. Korb is always a continueing influence to us jobbing Commercial artists... as he'll never come up with an idea and then say its impossible to paint......
.......and any competant artist knows this comes through daily drawing, storyboarding and experimenting, with any failures considered part of the process.

Sir dayvd ( reality is subjective ) of Oxon.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
