    I don't know why...but somehow that picture makes me think of the Monty Python Film, The Meaning Of Life, where Terry Jones plays some Northern Catholic type mother with 20 kids... and she/he drops another baby out while he is washing up at the sink, and simply carries on working and talking... :)
