I read this week that Becks beer is going to be using the labels on their bottles as blank canvases to support the work of four artists from
London’s Royal Academy of Arts.
Becks brand is now distributing bottles with labels featuring an art piece per bottle from the four graduate students. The “Becks Canvas” activity forms part of the beer brand’s plans to support Art and Music.

And…
Leave it to the Germans to find an unexploited niche in the beer market: the blind! Dusseldorf’s Uerige beer is now releasing new bottles with a Braille label. Thus, Uerige has created the first known beer for the blind. Quoted in one article I read (sorry, I forgot the source) blind activist (and beer drinker) Joana Zimmer rejoiced, “You often have no idea what’s about to go in your mouth. But with this bottle you are clearly told what it is - and that’s fabulous.”
Of course, all good Sirs and Ladies know that the real beauty is still found within!

I'm encouraged to know that if I drink myself blind that I now won't have to stop!
