A few months ago I read an interesting little book:
Five Wishes, by Gay Hendricks.
It’s a perfect book for those who love to journal and reflect on their lives; thus, perfect for the start of the New Year.
The “gift” is to imagine yourself on your deathbed and asking yourself: Was my life a total success? If you answer “No,” ask yourself the main reason your life was not a total success, and write it down. The book works you though the process of discovery and, more importantly, the path to transforming your wishes into your dreams realized.
You can read more about it and even download a worksheet at:

My first five wishes include: Enjoying good beer – but not being a drunk!
Writing more. Being Active (less TV). Joy. Better Health.
Wishing you a joyous and prosperous ’08,
Sir Bowie of Greenbriar
Thanks for the suggestion. A book I must put in my inventory soon.
